A hearty and balanced sandwich for breakfast or lunch, combining a fluffy omelette with fresh herbs, sliced avocado and melted cheddar. A quick and easy recipe, ideal for a meal on the go.

Preparation : 5 minutes
Cut the roll in half lengthways.
Make an omelette with fresh eggs, herbs, salt and pepper.
Slice the avocado into thin slices.
Place the omelette on the bottom half of the bread.
Add the avocado slices, then the slice of cheddar.
Close the sandwich and serve immediately or pack for takeaway.
