Speak Up- Do the right thing and do things right

At Délifrance, we are committed to conducting our business with integrity, respect and responsibility. We expect all employees, suppliers, contractors and business partners to act in a manner that reflects these principles.

 

Speaking up when something does not seem right helps us maintain a safe, respectful and ethical working environment. We encourage anyone who becomes aware of conduct that may be unlawful, unethical, or inconsistent with our values to raise their concerns.

 

Whenever possible, concerns should first be discussed with the usual Délifrance contact, such as a manager, an HR representative, or a business contact. In many cases, issues can be addressed quickly and effectively through open dialogue. 

 

If you do not feel comfortable raising a concern through these channels, or if the issue has not been adequately addressed, you may submit a report through the Délifrance Speak Up channel. Reports can be made anonymously where permitted by local law and will be handled confidentially. 

 

All reports are reviewed carefully by the appropriate team. Concerns raised in good faith are taken seriously and investigated as necessary. Délifrance is committed to protecting individuals who report concerns in good faith from any form of retaliation.
