Perfect for a spring or summer offering, this sandwich combines fresh, flavourful ingredients with the satisfying crunch of the Petit Pavé Crispy. The creamy cheese, tender cured ham and sautéed green asparagus come together for a refined yet easy-to-execute option—ideal for elevating your premium snacking or grab-and-go selection.

Bake the Petit Pavé Crispy for 6-8 minutes at 200°C. Then leave to cool.
Cut off the woody ends of the green asparagus.
Sauté with a little olive oil over a medium heat for 4-6 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and optionally a squeeze of lemon juice.
