This sandwich is crafted using our unique and versatile bastoncino bread, making it a delightful and time-efficient lunchtime option. With a preparation time of just 15 minutes, it's the perfect choice for coffee shops looking to serve a great sandwich without the wait.​​

Preparation : 10 minutes
Bake the olive stick at 190° for 10 to 12 min. Let them cool and then split them in two, lengthwise.​
Dressing : 5 minutes
Spread olive oil​.
Insert 2 generous slices of mortadella.
Chef's tip
If you want to avoid to bake in the oven, you can let the bastoncino defrost for around 6 hours, cut it lengwise and put it in the toaster for 45s​.
