This exquisite sandwich is crafted using our gran focaccia, delivering a gourmet experience without the long wait. With a swift preparation time of just 15 minutes, it's the perfect choice for quick-service restaurants looking to elevate their menu with a fast yet gourmet option. Additionally, it's an ideal on-the-go option, prioritizing convenience.​

Preparation : 10 minutes
Bake the focaccia at 210° for 4 mins and cut it lengthwise.
Season Ricotta cheese with salt, pepper and spread 2 table teaspoon of ricotta cheese on the bottom half of the focaccia.
Cut the avocado into thin slices and add it on top of the ricotta.
Dressing : 5 minutes
Place the salmon slices.
Cut the radice into small slices and add it, then place the rocket salad on top​.
Add salt and pepper and close the bread, cut this large sandwich in two individual sandwiches.
