The puff pastry cube is a versatile and sweet-tempting creation that is perfect for bakeries and coffee shops. This puff pastry can be customized with a variety of ingredients, such as pink pralines, chocolate chips or nougatine. Ideal for breakfast or afternoon snack.
Preparation : 5 minutes
Cut thawed croissants in half. Grease the baking tin and place the cut croissants in it.
Bake at 25/26°C for approx. 2h30, with or without lid depending on desired effect.
