Preparation : 15 minutes
Place the croissant between two sheets of baking paper and flatten it using one or two baking trays, pressing firmly until evenly compressed.
Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the flattened croissant on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer the croissant to a serving plate and spread the béchamel sauce evenly over the surface. Top with the finely sliced ham.
Finish with the Parmesan shavings.
