Treat your guests to a taste of Italy with a focaccia board topped with creamy burrata, marinated vegetables, aromatic pesto, and mortadella
Preparation : 10 minutes
Mortadella & burrata focaccia bite
Place a folded slice of mortadella on each piece of focaccia.
Top with a piece of burrata.
Sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and freshly ground black pepper, if desired.
Vegetarian focaccia bite with marinated vegetables
Drain the marinated vegetables.
Arrange them on the focaccia.
Add a few parmesan shavings.
Garnish with capers and chopped olives.
Pesto & dry-cured ham focaccia bite
Lightly spread each piece of focaccia with green pesto.
Top with a folded or rolled slice of cured ham.
3Optionally, garnish with a few parmesan shavings or fresh arugula for decoration.
