The almond open-croissant has been developped with the exclusive collaboration of the baker Rodolphe Landemaine
• a new range combining plant-based ingredients and indulgence.
• made with RSPO, certified palm oil and 100% animal, free ingredients.
• Indulgent snack: the almond filling is first applied to the inside of the product, then the product is folded and another dose of filling is applied to reach 39% content. It is then generously sprinkled with flaked almonds.
 
Ideal for coffe shops and bakeries looking for a snack that goes well with customers' coffee.
