My job consists of making all kinds of products, from kneading to packaging. I make sure that the various processes run smoothly and that the products are of high quality.

What makes me thrill in my job is working with my team with a sense accomplishment when every task is well done.

My greatest achievement is my professional career in the pastry industry. Since 1986 until today, I have had the opportunity to meet passionate professionals, who made me discover the love of the profession during my career, and who have trusted my work.
