Preparation : 5 minutes
Leave the twists to thaw for 20 minutes.
Position the rings:
An outer ring measuring 20 cm and an inner ring measuring 16 cm.
Grease the rings well to prevent the dough from sticking.
Then arrange the 3 twists in a circle inside the rings.
Dressing : 10 minutes
Topping:
Remove from the oven and place a few pieces of mozzarella, slices of chorizo, and a few cherry tomatoes on the still-warm crown.

Finishing and presentation:
Carefully remove from the pan and let cool on a wire rack.
Serve the crown accompanied by young salad greens.
