Welcome the autumn season with this dessert. Ideal for fall menus in coffee shops or restaurants, it offers a comforting, nutty flavor. Ready in about 30 minutes, it’s easy to prepare and can be customized with your own unique nut mix to create a signature dish.

Bake 6 teardrops & leave to cool.
Start by caramelising the sugar in a saucepan over a medium heat while heating the cream and the mascarpone separately.
Add the mascarpone cream to the caramel, then add the nuts and mix well to coat the nuts.
Continue mixing until the foam caused by boiling disappears. Chill before using.
