A blueberry muffin topped with a light, whipped orange ganache and a delicate dark chocolate spiderweb. A simple yet eye-catching Halloween-inspired finishing touch, perfect for seasonal displays.
Preparation : 30 minutes
Whipped orange ganache
Bring the cream to the boil and pour it over the orange chocolate.
Emulsify until perfectly smooth.
Refrigerate until completely chilled.
Whip in a mixer until light, airy and firm enough to pipe.
Chocolate spider web
Melt the dark chocolate.
Using a paper piping cone, draw spider webs on a sheet of baking paper.
Leave to set completely.
