This playful croiffle transforms a classic toast with a bold swicy twist. Crispy, and easy to prepare, it’s perfect for brunch, snacking, or premium breakfast menus, and is sure to catch the eye of adventurous eaters.

Preparation : 10 minutes
Let the croissant defrost and during this time prepare the hot honey:
Gently heat the honey until liquid, then mix in the chili flakes. Set aside.
Slice the halloumi and pan-fry it until golden brown on both sides.
Mash the avocado with a fork.
Season lightly with salt if desired.
Dressing : 5 minutes
Place the croissant in a waffle maker and cook until crispy and golden brown.
Transfer to a plate.
Top with mashed avocado, grilled halloumi, and drizzle with hot honey.
