Preparation : 5 minutes
Let the choux chantilly defrost, according to the usual instructions.
Meanwhile, cut 6 strawberries in half.
Once the chou is defrosted, take off the top and put it aside.
Dressing : 5 minutes
Place the strawberries with the tip upwards, around the highest part of the chantilly.
Finally, put the two last strawberry on top of each chou.
Chef's tip
For a «wow effect», serve it on an elegant white ceramic dessert plate, with the top of the choux positioned on the side.
