Arrange the products in batches of 6 on a baking tray.
Once risen (2½ hours at 24°C), place a sheet of baking paper on top of the products and place another baking tray on top to flattenevenly.
Bake in the oven at 170°C for 19 to 20 minutes, until evenly golden brown.
Leave to cool completely on a wire rack.
