Délifrance commits to the inclusion of the LGBTQIA+ people! 

At Délifrance, we want to create a working environment where everyone feels respected, valued and free to be themselves, regardless of their sexual orientation and gender identity. A place where diversity is not only accepted but celebrated as a strength that enriches our company.

This is why we are committed to the inclusion of our LGBTQIA+ teams and have signed the LGBT+ Commitment Charter of L'Autre Cercle, the leading French organisation for the inclusion of LGBT+ people in the workplace.

This signature comes with an action plan that is currently being rolled out in France and internationally.

Signing this charter commits us to:

 

· Creating an inclusive environment for LGBTQIA+ employees

· Ensuring equal rights and equal treatment for all employees, regardless of their sexual orientation and gender identity

· Supporting employees who are victims of discriminatory comments or acts

· Measuring progress and sharing good practice to improve the general working environment

Our concrete action plan

 

Our action plan involves large-scale awareness-raising (which took place in September 2024) and training for local managers.

We rely on a network of ambassadors, present at most of our sites, who are trained volunteers and who support us in the deployment of the tools. 

In 2025, we will be publishing a best practice guide for all our teams, with definitions, language, best practices and internal resources.
