WHAT DEPARTMENT DO YOU WORK IN AND WHAT ARE THE MAIN TASKS IN YOUR CURRENT JOB?

I work in the HR department and I am mainly responsible for the processing of entries and exits based on the current production situation. I assist with monthly payroll accounting and I am always a contact person for all personnel matters of all employees and colleagues at our production site in Altdorf. I am also involved in personnel reporting and take responsibilities on special HR projects.

As I would describe myself as a sociable person, I particularly enjoy the work and the environment of the employees and colleagues.

WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND ?

After completing my studies with a focus on organisation and personnel management, I started work at Delifrance. In addition to gaining my first professional experience in the administration of a temporary employment agency, I have been able to expand my professional experience at Delifrance and am constantly learning new things.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO A NEW EMPLOYEE?

Even if the beginning can be a bit exciting and exhausting, until you get to know the team and the work processes, you will soon realise that with the right work attitude and assumption of responsibility you will quickly find your place in the team.

WHAT DOES JOINING VIVESCIA GROUP MEAN TO YOU?

For me, joining Vivescia Group means having the opportunity to work in various areas of responsibility and constantly getting to know new people. My opinion is heard and always welcome.
