I work in the supply chain's Team of Délifrance Italy as Stock & Demand Manager.

I am responsible for accurately forecasting product demande, ensuring optimal inve,tory levels, and aligning the supply chain with arket needs.

Also, I collaborate with the different departments to ensure operational alignment, provide support at different levels.

What I value most about working at Délifrance is being part of a supportive and collaborative team where colleagues are willing to help one another.

I am a professional with a multidisciplinary and international background. I began my career as a Project Engineer in the metalworking industry in Peru. 

After earning a Master's degree in Management Engineering in Italy, I specialized in supply chain management, then I worked on continuous improvement projects before joining Délifrance Italy in 2022 as a Stock Management Specialist, and was promoted to Stock & Demand Manager at the end of 2024.
