WHICH VALUES DO YOU SHARE WITH DÉLIFRANCE?

The most important value for me is continuous improvement. I work every day to solve equipment issues so that teams can work in a calm and safer environment.

 

IN WHICH DEPARTMENT DO YOU WORK, AND WHAT ARE THE MAIN TASKS OF YOUR CURRENT ROLE?

I work in the Maintenance department at the Romans site, within the Technical Experts team. I focus on the reliability and improvement of equipment related to raw material supply and continuous mixers.
Recently, I became the point of contact for a specific piece of equipment (Rademaker).
I carry out both preventive maintenance procedures and interventions on this equipment. I also work closely with maintenance technicians and line maintenance managers. It’s truly a team effort based on collaboration and mutual support.

 

WHAT DO YOU LIKE THE MOST ABOUT WORKING AT DÉLIFRANCE?

I enjoy the autonomy I have as well as the projects I work on.
I have also been fortunate to experience a great career progression, moving from technician to technical expert within the company.

 

WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND?

I hold a Vocational High School Diploma in Industrial Equipment Maintenance, obtained in 2010. I began my career with the Tignes ski resort management, working as a technician responsible for maintaining the ski slope grooming machines. Then, I joined a company that provided coffee machines to businesses, where I learned to work with automation systems.

After relocating to the Drôme region, I joined Délifrance as a maintenance technician on Line 3. I enjoy this role because of the variety of tasks and the 6*4 shift schedule. It’s both an interesting job and one that allows me time for myself outside of work.

 

WHY DID YOU JOIN US? 

I would advise new hires not to hesitate to get involved in order to learn and understand, and to report any issues they encounter on a daily basis. It is also through these feedback reports that we, as maintenance technicians or technical experts, can find technical solutions and improvements that can make a real difference in your daily work!
