THREE WORDS TO DEFINE DELIFRANCE?
Encounter, simplicity, consideration
WHICH VALUES DO YOU SHARE WITH DELIFRANCE?
Kindness, commitment, diversity
WHAT DEPARTMENT DO YOU WORK IN, AND WHAT ARE THE MAIN TASKS OF YOUR CURRENT POSITION?
Attached to the controlling department of the site since I joined Delifrance, I have been working specifically with the maintenance department for the past 5 years.
My main responsibilities include monitoring the monthly budget, major maintenance work and investments.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT WORKING AT DÉLIFRANCE?
In general, it is the work atmosphere and the trust of my managers that have always mattered most to me. I have taken the same route to work for 20 years, coming in with music, and I have always made it a point to maintain my motivation to come to work.
The Avignon site has a human and family-oriented dimension. You have to enjoy working with people to thrive here. The exchange and sharing of skills go both ways. I have gained valuable experience and continue to learn through collaboration with management, while receiving great recognition for my human-centered dedication.
I would say that to stay committed to the same company for a long time, you need to be versatile, attentive, and patient.
In addition to my job, I am also a member of the Works Council (CSE). Together with my partner, we do everything possible to carry out great projects, create convivial moments and ensure that all employees form a strong and united team.
WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND?
Following my higher education, I initially worked in the banking sector as a customer advisor, then in a company as a customer advisor and team manager for after-sales service technicians.
I joined Delifrance in 2003 as an assistant in the accounting, human resources, and management department. Due to its small size, the department was very versatile. Over the years, I transitioned into management control.
At the same time, I am deeply involved in the nonprofit sector and co-manage an event planning company that organizes holiday camps.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO A NEW EMPLOYEE?
Be patient, listen, observe, and most importantly, trust.
IF DÉLIFRANCE COULD BE SUMMED UP IN A SONG TITLE, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
A packet of FRANCINE flour, my union membership card,
a bottle of water
WHAT ARE THE THREE THINGS YOU WOULD BRING TO A DESERT ISLAND?
A lighter
My wedding ring
A picture of my children
