I am currently working as a line operator at the Béthune site. I am responsible for setting up the machines on the automated line in the shaping section to produce quality products. I must ensure that the production schedule is respected and detect operational anomalies while adhering to the company's safety policy.

I joined Délifrance 25 years ago as a temporary worker. Thanks to my perseverance and engagement, I advanced to the position of line operator 17 years ago.

We are in action every day because no two days are alike. Indeed, we produce different products daily.

For any newcomer, I would advise not to get discouraged and to be dedicated to the work. We learn every day; you need to trust yourself and commit for the long term to master all aspects.
