WHAT WOULD BE THE THREE WORDS TO DEFINE DÉLIFRANCE?
Indulgence, Action, Team spirit
WHICH VALUES DO YOU SHARE WITH DÉLIFRANCE?
“Acting together” I find that this action is particularly true for the marketing team, both within the team itself and in its interactions with other departments: sales, quality, sales administration, as well as industrial, DIP, and supply.
WHAT DEPARTMENT DO YOU WORK IN, AND WHAT ARE THE MAIN TASKS OF YOUR CURRENT POSITION?
I lead the France Marketing Department within the Délifrance France Business Unit.
I work on a wide range of assignments built around three pillars:
- Products: Adapting and optimizing our current products, as well as developing new products to meet consumer and customer expectations.
- Category Management: Acting as a link between marketing and sales teams, ensuring market monitoring and trend analysis, and activating the various levers of growth.
- Communication: Highlighting our expertise, strengths, and employees.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT WORKING AT DÉLIFRANCE?
I enjoy building projects with the various teams—sales, industrial, DIP—seeing plans come to life, and above all, I love it when they end in success!
WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND?
I have a background in agri-food marketing in both France and internationally (Elle & Vire in - Food Service and then in international retail, Lesieur Professionnel in France).
I joined Délifrance in 2018 in Global Marketing and then moved to the France Marketing Department in early 2025.
I started as a Product Manager, then became a Senior Product Manager with the management of an apprentice. At Délifrance, I joined as a Group Product Manager, managing two Product Managers. I progressed across different product scopes until I became responsible for the entire Product function within Global Marketing.
As Marketing Director France, I also oversee the Communication and Category Management teams in addition to the Product teams, for a total team of eight people.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO A NEW EMPLOYEE?
Be curious and don’t hesitate to ask questions.
Take initiative: Everyone brings something, and each person contributes at their own level to the company’s success.
DO YOU HAVE AN INCREDIBLE TALENT?
Ability to taste BVP products in gargantuan quantities!
WHAT ARE THE THREE THINGS YOU WOULD BRING TO A DESERT ISLAND?
A Swiss Army knife, for my practical side!
“In Search of Lost Time”, because I would finally have time to read it!
A solar oven, to try cooking some delicious meals!!
