WHAT DEPARTMENT DO YOU WORK IN AND WHAT ARE THE MAIN TASKS OF YOUR CURRENT POSITION?
I am a part of the maintenance department as a Project Coordinator. On a daily basis, I manage machine investments at the Martainville site.
In collaboration with various departments, we are developing the workshops of tomorrow to improve our products and enhance working conditions for our employees.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE THE MOST ABOUT WORKING AT DÉLIFRANCE ?
My current position allows me to connect with people from different departments and backgrounds. Working on a variety of diverse topics makes the job richer every day.
Engaging with employees to meet their needs makes me proud. Délifrance encourages us to be proactive and take initiatives for career development and mobility.
WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND?
I studied engineering with a focus on health, safety, and risk prevention, specializing in industrial risk. I completed my final internship with a food industry company, where I ended up staying for four years. I then joined Délifrance in 2019.
WHY DID YOU JOIN US?
I wanted to familiarize myself with different manufacturing processes and be closer to home.
