Then, generously spread the pesto over the cut sides.
Confite the cherry tomatoes by halving and placing them on a baking sheet, so drizzle with olive oil, and roast in the oven until soft and slightly caramelized.

You can grill some pine nuts and add them on the burrata for an extra flavor and crunchiness
