Chocolate muffins with hazelnut cream filling, topped with chocolate ganache and finished with a cute chocolate bunny, a playful easter treat.
Preparation : 15 minutes
Heat the cream until it simmers.
Pour over the chopped dark chocolate and stir to obtain a smooth ganache.
Leave to cool at room temperature until the ganache thickens slightly.
Then whisk until you obtain a light, airy texture that can be piped.

Using a piping bag fitted with a star tip, pipe a generous rosette of whipped ganache onto each muffin.

This idea works with all Délifrance muffins: plain, red fruit, etc.
Vary the flavors by using milk or white chocolate for the ganache.
The bunnies can be homemade using a silicone mold or purchased ready-made.
