Discover our indulgent chocolate pistachio croissant recipe, a trendy creation inspired by Dubai that combines the intensity of dark chocolate with the smooth sweetness of pistachio. Preparation : 10 minutes
Prepare the pistachio cream:
Weigh out the pistachio spread and mix it thoroughly with the toasted kadaif.
The texture should be firm — make sure each strand of kadaif is completely covered with pistachio spread.

Cut and coat:
Slice each croissant in half vertically.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie, then dip the outer half of each croissant in the chocolate.
Leave to set on a wire rack until the chocolate firms up.

Fill:
Using a piping bag, generously fill the inside of the croissants with the pistachio-kadaïf cream.
Dressing : 2 minutes
Present the croissants standing upright in a viennoiserie display or individually wrapped in elegant food paper for an upscale grab-and-go experience.
