Elevate your autumn offerings with our Apple Chestnut Muffin - no waste recipe. Crafted for ease and delight. Encourage your clients to create cozy moments, pairing these flavorful treats with a comforting hot chocolate or latte.
Preparation : 20 minutes
Prepare the ingredients.
Cut the apples into small pieces, mix them with 40g of sugar and leave to stand for at least 20min.
Cut the stale bread into small pieces.
Melt the butter in the milk, bring to the boil and pour over the bread. Mix with a mixer and a spatula (do not use a whisk as it may break).
Add the apples and chestnuts.
Heat the eggs and remaining sugar separately; whisk together like a sponge cake. Add one third at a time to the bread/apple mixture.
Arrange in muffin tulips. Bake for 25 minutes at 170°C.
