Create a memorable Easter moment with our charming pastry nests! With their crispy, buttery texture and colourful little eggs, they're sure to delight young and old alike.

Preparation : 5 min
Thaw the torsades.
Roll each torsade into a nest shape and place them in greased 10 cm baking rings.
Then brush them with egg wash.
Proof the hoven at 25°C for 1h30, and bake for 18 min at 170°C, until they are golden brown.
Let cool before brushing them with syrup.
Dressing : 5 min
Arrange chocolate Easter eggs in the center of each nest

For a gourmet finish, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
