Bake 6 teardrops & leave to cool.

Preparing the compote:
Chop the strawberries into large chunks, mix with the sugar and the rhubarb purée and bake for 2 minutes, leave to cool.
Dressing : 5 min
Put the compote into the teardrops cavity and sprinkle with the chopped fresh strawberries.
Chef's tip
Considering the season, you can replace strawberries with apples.
