We elaborated a few recipes to brighten up your customers' taste buds and eyes.
For today, we are happy to present our first recipe: "Halloween bread".
A quick and easy recipe to enhance our farmhouse bread with pumpkin, to delight your clients with colorful toasts!
Preparation : 20 min
RECIPE FOR THE BREAD:
FOR 8 SLICES
Cut the pumpkin in 1cm cubes.
Fry each side with butter until they start to brown. Set aside.
Keep the leftover pumpkin to make the puree (about 100gr),
cook it with the carrots in boiling water, and mash it with 40grs of cream cheese. Season to taste. Set aside.
Cut nice slices of bread and toast them.

Spread about 40g of carrot purée on the bread.
Place 5 pumpkin cubes on top.
Place the 20g cream cheese in the form of small balls on top and complete with pumpkin seeds.
