Preparation : 20 min
- Cut the stale croissants into four, and if they are still soft, dry them in the oven for 30 minutes at 100°C.
- Mix the stale croissants and sugar together until they look like breadcrumbs.
- Then add the oats.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Fold in the croissant, sugar and oat mixture.
- Place small spoonfuls on a baking sheet, and spread to form thin discs.
Bake for 15 minutes at 150°C. Leave to cool.
