Preparation : 10 minutes
Bake the bread following the usual instructions.
Meanwhile, cut the pumpkin in half and scrape out the seeds.
Then, place the pumpkin pieces on a baking sheet and roast in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
Once cooked, peel off the skin from the pumpkin pieces and then pulse the pumpkin until smooth.
If it looks too dry, add in a few tablespoons of water during the pulsing to give it the needed moisture.
Now that your purée is ready, you can mix it with the hummus.
