Brighten your summer menu with the pavlova-style red fruit vanilla teardrop. Perfect for coffee shops and bakeries, this dessert offers a fruity option that is both eye-catching and delicious. Ready in just 25 minutes, it’s a versatile treat that can also be customized with a chocolate variation to cater to different preferences.

Preparation : 20 min
Bake 6 teardrops & leave to cool.

Preparing the chantilly cream:
Pour the cream into a chilled bowl and beat at medium speed using an electric mixer.
Wisk the whipping cream with the sugar & 1 grated vanilla pod untill having a thick texture. Store at 4°C.
Dressing : 5 min
Add a scoop of vanilla chantilly cream on top. Top with red fruit and mini meringues.
