This recipe transforms traditional pain aux raisins into a delicious dessert with a golden glaze and a touch of pearl sugar. With its elegant presentation, this treat is ideal for impressing your customers during breakfast or brunch. Simple and quick to prepare, it takes only 5 minutes.

Preparation : 5 minutes
Arrange the pains aux raisins in greased molds. Let them prove at 25°C for approx. 2h30.
Bake at 170° for 16/17 minutes.
Dressing : 1 minutes
Add the glazing and decorate with brown sugar.
