Preparation : 5 minutes
To make the béchamel sauce, make a roux with the butter and flour.
Gradually add the hot milk and season. Take out stale croissants from the day before or morning.
Then, place a sheet of parchment paper on top of the croissants and press lightly.
Dressing : 5 minutes
Top with béchamel sauce and a slice of ham and finish with grated cheese.
Place in the oven to brown.
