The recipe of this coffee religieuse combines the softness of a choux pastry shell with the creaminess of coffee custard cream.

• A very tasty and higher quality hot custard cream: smoother and glossier than a cold custard cream.
• A simplified list of ingredients  (2 to 3 labellable additives).
• An attractive visual: the choux pastry shell is coated with a glossy fondant (based on icing paste) made in our factory in Theix*.
This pastryt can be eating as a dessert or as a snack.
