Discover this Brioche Crème Brûlée recipe, combining brioche with crème brûlée. Perfect as an easy-to-go dessert for coffee shops or a fancy dessert for restaurants.

Prepare the cream:
In a pan, mix the milk and cream. Cook over medium heat until the mixture begins to boil.
Then, in a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and the cornstarch until smooth.
Slowly add the hot milk and cream mixture to the egg yolk mixture, whisking constantly to prevent the eggs from boiling.
Pour the mixture into the pan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cream is smooth.
Remove from the heat and let it cool.
Prepare the brioches:
Bake the brioches according to the instructions. Cut off the top of the brioche and cut out a small hole in each brioche.

Place the filled brioches on a baking tray and sprinkle brown sugar over the top of the cream.
Then, put them in the oven (or use a kitchen blowtorch) until the brown sugar melts and caramelizes, forming a golden brown crust.
Let the brioches cool.
