Bake 6 teardrops & leave to cool.

Preparing the white chocolateand praline cream
Pour the cream, the juice, the zest and the praline into a saucepan, bring to a boil, then pour over the white chocolate and stir well until smooth. Leave to cool.
Dressing : 5 min
Leave to cool, then pour into the vanilla teardrops cavity. Sprinkle with fresh pomelo zest and praline.
