These Mini Croissant Bats are the perfect addition to any Halloween display or seasonal buffet. Made with Délifrance mini croissants, these bite-sized bats combine flakiness, creativity, and a light touch of indulgence. A trendy and original idea to delight both kids and adults during the spookiest (and sweetest) time of the year!
Preparation : 20 minutes
Bake the mini croissants
• Bake according to the product instructions and let cool.
Create the wings
• Melt the chocolate and spread it into circles on a sheet of baking paper.
• Once hardened, cut the circles in half to create wings.
• Cut the underside slightly to create a wing shape.

Assemble
• Attach the candy eyes with melted chocolate.
• Gently insert the chocolate wings into each mini croissant to create bats.

Chef's tip
Add a filling: Using a piping bag, fill the croissant with a little chocolate spread, raspberry jam, or hazelnut cream before adding the wings for an even more indulgent result.
