We elaborated a few recipes to brighten up your customers' taste buds and eyes.
For today, we are happy to present our first recipe: "Halloween bread".
A quick and easy recipe to enhance our farmhouse bread with pumpkin, to delight your clients with colorful toasts!

PREPARATION OF THE THREE RECIPES:
RECIPE FOR THE CEPS HUMMUS:
Cut the ceps in small cubes and cook in oil in a frying pan.
When ready, mix with the hummus and leave it to cool before putting in the fridge.
RECIPE FOR THE CREAM CHEESE WITH CRANBERRIES & SUNFLOWER SEEDS:
Chop roughly the cranberries and the seeds, and mix them with the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
RECIPE FOR THE RILLETTE OF SARDINES:
Crush the sardines, add the lemon juice, mix and add the cream. Season with salt and pepper.

PREPARATION OF THE SURPRISE BREAD:
Cut the top of the bread, and keep the top.
Cut the crumb in a circle, and then from underneath by sliding a knife blade over the crust.
Slice the crumb into thin slices. The total number of slices should be even.
For each slice, place one of the three fillings and close with another slice of crumb.
Cut each round slice into 6 portions.
Re-arrange inside the bread.
