Get ready to bring a festive touch to your customers’ celebrations with our delightful "Christmas Chalet" recipe! This charming creation features our soft and flavorful cinnamon buns, transformed into a cozy winter scene that’s sure to warm hearts and taste buds alike.

Mix all the ingredients together until you get a homogeneous dough, then let it rest for 4 hours.
For the royal Icing, mix and whip one egg white with 150g icing sugar, and add the lemon juice at the end.
Put the cinnamon buns into a 26cm diameter baking ring and bake for 30 minutes at 160°C.
Meanwhile, roll out the cinnamon dough to obtain a 3 mm thick sheet.
Then, use a knife or a stamp (in the shape of little houses) to cut out house shapes and bake for 20 minutes at 150°C.

Chef's tip
Cinnamon biscuits can be an additional offering in your store: to improve their shelf life, bake them a second time after they have cooled: 20 minutes at 130°C and sell them in bags.
